HELLO FRIENDS I HAVE FOUND 1 TRICK IN WINDOWS IT LET U TO GET DA ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES EVEN IF U ARE LOGGED THROUGH GUEST ACCOUNT..

then u can double click the file to execute or run in the cmd. it works...
